Thanks man, I know they've been few and far between for awhile. This bike had the original Harley electronic ignition that kinda worked when it wanted to. Swapped that out and it fires right up, I put those on all my bikes.

The factory ignition on mine crapped out in '88 and there wasn't much options on fixing it besides buying a module from Harley for something like $300. So for$45 I switched it to points.

@@shameless6963 Yeah I pulled the black box and vacuum operated do-dad off. This was actually the knock off dyna s kit and was only $60 for the coil and pickup module. So far so good.

@drifter421 That's the one, mine has drag pipes too. I've had a few sets of the original exhaust systems but have sold them before I ever swapped them on mine. Think I still have a couple mufflers.

@@jfrost77hd I was using humor. Warped humor. In other words” I was gonna paint it green but couldnt get it so I settled on this color instead”. I know it’s not that funny. I’ll check out your shirts and place an order if you have my size. I’ve worn the last 2 out. I wear them a lot. I told you I even wear them to church meetings on occasion. Youre right, it uses the same charging system, clutch and transmission as the evolution engine up to 1990.
