I remember clear as day when Mindy saw him at the airport. I was personally in shock to see him and responded the same as her. Miss the way they used to suprise you like that.

WOW! This is really a great posting. It brings back so many memories of GL. When the show was really at its all time best! The original Beth and Mindy. Great post!!!

Oh Wow. I was totally hooked on GL in those days - loved Lujack and Beth - and loved Jordan Clarke young!! Thanks so much for posting.

I was 12 years old when I saw this on GL. I placed a tape recorder with a blank tape in it near the TV and anxiously pressed record as it aired. I played that tape so many times as a kid. Twelve-year-old me would be thrilled to know it's on KZbin! Since I would not have a VCR for a couple more years, I was not able to tape the video back then. Thanks to the person who took the time to upload this.

Was I the only one who spotted Robin Givens in Lujack's video? That video was so cheezy! Back then when I was a teen, I thought it was cool! Thanks for posting the clip...it brings back such great memories of my high school years!

I think either my VCR had a mechanical problem or the power went out that morning, but I missed this episode. Even though it is 27 years later, I am glad to finally see it.

Look at the INFINITY SYMBOL at the end...Billy is hypmotized!! LOL!!!

Wasn't Billy Lewis hypnotized to try to kill someone?

@@laurenceamspoker6739yes, the Largo organization was trying to get him to kill Kyle Sampson.

I actually heard the song here first and heard Bruce singing it on a classic rock station many years later & went "I've heard that somewhere before." I'm trying to remember what the infinity symbol does to Billy? I recall the lawyer causing a scene in court at his trial trying to show the video in court over the judge's objections to prove that the symbol hypnotized him or something like that.

That was totally cheesetastic! Thanks so much for posting. Way to butcher a Springsteen song. I wish Lujack was around longer.

Maybe he felt flattered that they wanted build a story line around the song. It's typical of early MTV though.

Please could anyone tell me the correct title of this song, I'm not too confindent with english so I don't understand many words of the lyric

Thanks for posting this. Beautiful brilliant cheese of the days when Vincent was dating/living with Kristi Ferrell, Krista Tesreau weighed nothing and Judi Evans had not yet ventured to Salem [twice]. Was this written by Pamela K. Long? Was my beautiful Lujack her creation? If so, I say "Bless you!"

I guess as a GL history piece, it has a certain nostalgic charm. A lot of work went into it, though, to be so bad. Just because Vincent Irizarry can sing (mostly) in tune doesn't mean he's a good singer. There's no feeling in his voice; he could have been singing a shopping list. The director also makes the typical first-timer's mistake of being too literal too often with the lyrics. Krista Tesreau is the only bright spot in this one. Wonderful talent!

If someone who'd never heard of Springsteen actually saw this and was informed that the Boss wrote this, then she or he would think that Bruce was a member of the Buggles. This was butchery of the first degree.

I guess I'd rather live in a world not knowing something this bad actually exists. Springsteen is notorious for not letting his music be used. Did he sign off on this one?

Why in God's name would Bruce Springsteen ever have allowed this crime against humanity to happen?
