1985 Toyota solid front axle housing modification for elocker part1

Prepping the housing to machine the clearance for the elocker as well as tapping the bolt pattern

Did you have the dimensions for the holes? Or did you just transfer them?

APrecision I’m about to do the same. Going to use a gasket for a template. I have the factory locker on my limited 4runner but the housing is rusted out. So I’m just getting a junkyard find blasted and painted and I’ll put it on my cnc mill at work.

@@Housington95 Make sure to mark top of diff and bottom of diff on the gasket before you use it as a template as the hole pattern is not symmetrical top to bottom for the elocker pattern.
