you should try keeping a high final gear ratio but lower the individual gears a bit. The civic could've been in the 8's easily if each gear had a little more room to wind out...got turbo and vtec going

Not to criticize, but I'm a Honda guy. The 2.0 i4 motor that you used is a k20a, not a type r engine. The type r integra has a b18 and a type r civic comes with a b16. Sadly niether of those engines are available for swaps in the game...

The Renault Alpine A110 is a rear engine car but it weighs 1600 lbs and you can get it to have 800 hp. Having trouble with the wheelies but if you shift right it can get an 8.6 sec quarter mile and its only an S777. try it you wont be disappointed and it looks ridiculous! xD

This engine has a " terrible" power band because it's a 1,4 N/A dual carb with a SOHC ( no VVL yet ), but it is fucking awesome to drive it's enough for this weight

My Mum had one of these, she bought it brand new and sold it finally a few years ago after a head gasket failure. It had something like 300000 kms on the clock. We convinced her to part with it, under duress, coz the cost to repair totally out weighed the value of the car. But, i gotta say, that was one awesome little hatch. Went like shit of a shovel. Sold it to some guy for $50, he wanted it to customise. never did see it since.
