It's looking good. Not all parts of resto are super stimulating, but they're totally worth doing properly. Like taking the time to fit panels and installing sound deadening. Keep making forward motion, the truck looks great.

In the old days the sound deadening was 1 inch of plywood, fiberglass and roofing tar we used to fix the floors. Your way is much better.

Wish I’d known about that sound deadener before brushing & PORing my pans and replacing the flooring. Too lazy to pull everything out now.

Last car I had here in the shop for a friend I pulled the whole interior, patched the floor, sealed it, then put new carpet in, didn't even think of doing sound deadening, hindsight is 20/20..

Yep. May consider something when getting it painted next month. Giving up on the patina.
