@@Meandmybikes I gotta get myself a high flange front hub for my bike. Although I have the 2018 reissue, a GT just doesn't quite look right without a large flanged front hub. I thought about piecing together an old school in the future. I've seen some fully restored GT's and DYNO's for sale online for about what my bike, plus the stock parts I swapped out cost me. I had to put my own twist on it, and a little twisting will cost a few hundred. In hindsight, I just wish I would've went to get my early late 90's /early 2000's DYNO Air from the property claims facility many years ago. I was accused of stealing my own property, then taken into custody about a year after I purchased that bike. It was the perfect platform for my vision of the perfect customized freestyle bike. It was a majority chrome attention magnet that had very few black parts. I had a Compe or Detour back in the very early 90's that had the white Tomahawk wheelset. You have a pretty dope collection, my friend 🤓👍!

Great job, fuck the haters. Sometimes you just can't find the real deal, either because of high prices or scarcity. I'm a CW Racing guy, myself but have sold a few rare GTs, one example a European, 500 made, Orange 1986 Pro Freestyle Tour. No orange examples were made in the US, only France. Imported from Belgium.

Great-looking Dyno. I had a white one back in the 80's that was built piece by piece. I still don't know what model it was as a friend gave me the frame and fork. I spent hours sanding it before spray painting it and slowly building it up with new and used parts from wherever I could get them. All the parts were then transferred to a GT that someone was selling in a parking lot for something like $20. I still have both in my garage along with another GT frame and fork. I'm thinking it is time to build these up.

Im watching this video 3 year after u made it and i heard last 3 years is when the rpices sky rocketed and dam they are 3-4x the rpices from 2010 when i resorted some bikes and then took a 10 year hiatus. In 2010 my fav bike 87 gt pro freestyle tour team was like $1500 now they are in close to 3k and up,thats insane. I plan on buying a fork/frame and seat post set some day and rebuilding it. Love your Dyno,its also one of my favs,i have quite a few dynos on my life myself and gt's.

Hey bro, how can I get in touch with you concerning some parts and bs in general?
@Doug-mt6tl7 жыл бұрын
you cannot transform a compe into a pro compe let alone a team model. you need the mounts for the center pull brakes on the bottom which are part of the frame. nice try.
