The joy of being a little boy in the late 80s and early 90s. You had larger than life figures like the big blue Bigfoot and Hulk Hogan. Watch this and then have a delicious greasy deep dish at Pizza Hut under the Tiffany lamps. Peak Pax Americana!

As a child of the 90s on tv or in the car if me and my pops heard SUNDAY SUNDAY SUNDAY, boy we lit up like Christmas trees I'd always whisper to my mom and older sis, they're back 😊 Bigfoot and grvaedigger and the cop those were and will always be my favorites, but Bigfoot will always be #1

This old footage never gets old, thank you guys so much for posting it! 5:39 was hilarious, that kind of competitive nature is something that's lost in the sport these days. It rarely ever seems to be Ford vs Chevy or Dodge. Back then the racing was legit and was so through out most of the 1980's and 1990's, Monster Jam just doesn't do it for me, I don't care about wild stunts or freestyling the truck until its a crumbling hunk of junk, more than anything I just want to see more legitimate racing done as show here. Bigfoot will always be king!

feld shows are gay. they have boring races with small tracks with too many turns which forces the trucks to go slower

I had a Bigfoot monster truck toy when I was a little kid. I used to run it through the mud and the puddles. Make it climb overstuff. Had lots of torque! All that water and dirt made it eventually die. I remember wondering why because Bigfoot was essentially indestructible to me. What memories. Thanks so much for posting this.

That jump at the 2:32 mark was crazy! Used to love seeing Bigfoot on TV when I was a kid. One of the things I always liked about these model of trucks was that they actually crushed the cars. I went to a monster truck show for my birthday earlier this year, and all of the trucks often times jumped right over the cars without even touching them. It was almost as if the cars weren't there. Seeing this video brings me back to my childhood!

@nathanmcdonald61011 ай бұрын
Pretty okay is an understatement. Bigfoot #4 remained competitive to some degree at least until around 1994 or 1995 granted it changed a LOT between 1985 and 1995, but regardless the chassis really was a workhorse.

@bustyrandit Жыл бұрын
A motorcycle stunt rider named "Jumping Jeff" ran into it and was catapulted into the row of boxes behind the Torino. The stunt can be seen on the "Blood Sweat and Gears" VHS as well as one of the races between BIGFOOT and Car-Killer.

@nathanmcdonald61011 ай бұрын
The gas mileage of a Monster Truck? There's an old documentary about them called Secret's of Monster Trucks "which had a banging soundtrack by the way" from a few years after this footage was shot. In that documentary they claim the average race prepped Monster Truck gets about 250 feet per gallon of fuel used.
