Thanks for uploading. Brings back so many memories as a young rider reading about all my heroes in Cycling Weekly and Winning Magazine (we didn't have any TV coverage of these races Downunder).

By far the best video you've posted so far ClassicCycling. They're all fun to watch. But this one has a soundtrack. The bits where U2 starts playing gave me goosebumps. And I love the expressions of camaraderie, Lillywhite winning king of the mountains, crashing and then being towed in by his mates. Beautiful. I loved the crit sections, and of course Sean Kelly, such a wonder to watch. Thank you so much! I could cry....

Sorry to be so offtopic but does any of you know a trick to log back into an instagram account? I stupidly forgot my login password. I would love any assistance you can give me.

It showcases Ireland to great effect, which was always part of the appeal of this race. No more than is the case with the Tour de France.

Love watching the golden age of Irish cycling. Raced with Irish amateurs Cormc McCann and Philip Cassidy who dropped me on Healy Pass, County Kerry in the Ras Tailteann 1998 but I caught and dropped him down the other side of the mountain 😁

This was when MEN raced on bicycles not the garbage tech laden modern racing. In 2024 you are literally watching racing on $15,000 road bikes, if that was not enough they then use $18,000 TT bikes enough of this nonsense.
