This MR2 is finished in its factory shade of Dark Blue Pearl over a black leather interior and features a 1.6L 4-cylinder engine mated to a 5-speed manual transmission. The mid-mounted engine features fuel injection and DOHC and was rated at 112 horsepower and 97 lb.-ft. of torque. Additional standard features include 4-wheel power disc brakes, 4-wheel independent suspension, tilt steering wheel, digital clock, and a rear window defogger. This example is well equipped with several desirable options and packages consisting of 14″ aluminum alloy wheels, Aero Package with color-keyed rear spoiler, Performance Interior Package with 7-way leather bucket seats, Power Package with power windows and locks, Super Sound AM/FM/MPX receiver with equalizer, air conditioning, cruise control, removable T-top glass roof panels, alarm system, and mudguards.

It had been in storage for 21 years as its last registration tag is from 2002 in which a friend of the family also from Walled Lake, MI came to understand the original owner’s widow was going to donate it and instead, he purchased it on 7/25/2023 becoming the DeFacto second owner. Being mechanically inclined, he went through the car front to back replacing and updating components to return it top operating condition. Following this, as a friend of ours he contacted us to gauge our interest in purchasing it in which we acquired it from him on 8/25/2023. We proceeded to install new Hankook Kinergy ST tires in factory sized 185/60R14 and conduct an in-house detailing and two-stage paint correction and polishing.
The odometer currently displays 42,692 miles which is believed to be the true mileage. The Carfax shows no accident history as well as all of the original VIN stickers and other factory applied stickers are present on all of the body panels.
