No one ever did drive as crazy or as well as Dennis. In my opinion he is and will always be the true person who made monster trucks as popular as they are. Bigfoot started it but Dennis made people come to see it.

Grave digger and King Kong always had the crazy runs especially when King Kong Crashed into parked cars at a Pit in one of his races and USA 1 also had its biggest crashes as well

The Gravedigger with the gold wheels was my favorite. I have a picture of it at Stafford Speedway somewhere. Must have been the first race my father and I went to. We also snuck in the pits and I got a picture with Bigfoot. Haha. Before that kind of thing was allowed.

He only beat Bigfoot because he was running a huge blower motor. Bigfoot #4 at this point in time was grossly underpowered. Dual carb 460 with a smaller blower
