Mods and Powertrain:
Block: Dart Iron Eagle 351W machined by Jon Kaase Racing Engines
Crankshaft: Lunati billet
Rods: Oliver billet
Pistons: Ross
Camshaft: Custom solid-roller
Cylinder Heads: Trick Flow High-Ports
Intake: Trick Flow R Box with an Accufab 95mm Throttle Body
Power Adder: Two Precision billet-wheel 7675 Turbos with Chiseled 2000-horsepower under-dash inter cooler and a 7-gallon tank
Fuel System: Two Holley brushless pumps, Aeromotive Fuel pressure regulator, Aeromotive fuel rails, Billet Atomizer injectors and stainless hardline (10 feed and 8 return)
Exhaust: Custom 2-inch stainless headers, custom 3 inch stainless exhaust 3.5 inch Vibrant mufflers
Transmission: ATI Turbo 400 automatic Pro Torque, Billet Torque converter and Pro Ratchet shifter.
Rearend: Chris Alston chrome-moly 9-inch w/, Strange Pro heavy duty aluminium case, Strange 3.20 gears, and Strange Pro Race axles.
Electronics Engine Management: Fuel Tech FT600
Ignition: Fuel Tech w/ MSD wires and NGK spark plugs

I want to tell you very nice build. And I'm a sucker for the color Red! I like how it pops off of the little black it does have. And the beautiful polished crank, intake, and other bit and pieces, very nice. Does it run a bit warm under the Hood? Just wondering. This brings back memories for me because, in the late eighties I was out on my own in my first apartment, and working at a Ford dealership in the recon department, but I loved it. The reason is every vehicle I preped for its new owner I got to drive a little because we would fill every tank no matter what, and the station was a couple miles down the road. The dealership had got rid of its pump for gas. Anyway, I had drove alot of the fox body mustangs. One mustang I remember that was a factory order was a Saleen mustang all done in white. The father ordered it for his son that came home from a four year stint in the Army I believe. They never hurt for money, the family was in the granite industry, building and monuments. But this brings back memories, my. Two bedroom apartment was only $200.00 a month and my landlord was right downstairs and I'd go pay cash to them once a month. Thank you for the Memories, and sharing your build!

Great job. Must be an award winner many times over. Ever since I sold my 64 1/2 Mustang back in 1975 (6cyl 3 speed) I've been more of a Mopar guy...mainly Roadrunners. Of course a nice 69 Chevelle SS would look good in my garage too. You should see the look I get when asked what my favorite color is and with a straight face I say, Chrome.

Watching this video makes me happy to be a notch back owner. That is one of the best Mustangs built in my opinion. Size, weight, torque, and sound set these cars apart any other cars built in their time. 88 black 5.0 notch back , 69 SS Camaro convertible the best of both worlds. Dreams do come true ! ✔
