Two double tough athletes that were always fun to watch. RIP Dr. Death.

Two of my favorites. Only in New Japan. Didn't understand a word of the commentary, but the enthusiasm is great.

I wish there were more current American wrestlers that looked and performed like this.

Hansen ran into one the little flower girls testing the ropes when he got into the ring he was so blind he probably didn't see her.

Stan did that on Purpose lol

@@CP-kb1du Nah. She takes a step back the moment Hansen starts running. Not the best choice I'd say.

@CP-kb1du no I don't think so, it didn't look intentional..he is really blind as a bat!

@@ricobowen312 Hansen is said to be a very nice person but he even admits he had very poor eyesight.

Stan Hansen literally crushing that Ring Girl @ 1:30....that could have gone "South" real fast! And to have The Legend Lord James "Tally Ho" Blears do the honors for introduction was Classic!

Wow! What a finish! That felt like a competition there!
Two VERY STIFF wrestlers. Two that could have NEVER wrestled for the WWE or WCW. Well Steve Williams did i believe for a while for both companies. But Stan was way to stiff everyone would have complained about his "potato shots". That's what Shawn Michael's bitched about against Vader when he came into the company. But to bad is what i say. Because this is what pro wrestling is all about. And it's why i prefer Japanese Puroresu over any other pro wrestling companies. They have and continue to stick with wrestling's original roots. Mixing both amateur and martial arts into it.

You have to make it believeable, and if that means a few potatoes, that's what you do.

Hansen appeared briefly in WWF I believe. Want to say he even had a match against Hulk Hogan for the title.

Hanson and Williams wrestled for both WcW and WWF/ E... Hanson wrestled for WWF in the 70s and even took on Bruno Sammartino for the championship after he broke Bruno's neck, he later went to WcW in the early 90s. Dr Death had a couple runs in WcW throughout the 90s up to their closing in 01 and wrestled for WWF shortly during the peak of the attitude era/ Brawl for All tournament.
