There's something weirdly inspirational about this playthrough. Homer, the guy who under no other circumstances could be considered a good father, suddenly goes absolutely apeshit when his youngest daughter is abducted and proceeds to mow through the entire town of Springfield to get her back. Nobody is spared his paternal wrath - even the local civil servants like the fire and police departments seem to be powerless to stop him.

Sadly, Acclaim had the exclusive rights for consoles, not letting Konami to port this gem. It would've been like Sunset Riders, or TMNT: Turtles in Time.

Then only under EA yet so much later on Xbox 360 and PS3 (which they sadly delisted), although can emulate easily. Some will like it for picking any stage and having quality of life improvements for home console. Once you beat the game once you could actually just pick any stage or do scores.

Because in the world release they removed a lot of objects. The Japanese release is always easier than the world one. Like a built in easier mode. You also can't stunlock bosses and enemies are tougher.
