1991-92 Score NHL Hockey Cards Unboxing (American Edition) Box Break

This week we’re busting some 30 year old hockey packs - its 1991-92 Score NHL Hockey Cards (American Edition)
Score made a Canadian and an American version of these cards - the Canadian version with French and English text in the back. We know ours is the American version by looking at the back of our cards.
For $17 shipped, this is a fun box break! With all the subsets in the 440-card set, I pulled several different cards of NHL greats like Gretzky, Hull, Roy, Bourque, Lemieux and more. There’s also a few key Rookie Cards: Martin Brodeur and John LeClair headline the group.
If you’re looking for bargain basement cards with a chance for lots of stars and some nice rookies, look no further!

Thanks for sharing! I remember opening these packs when I was a young collector, along with the Canadian bilingual version with the red borders. I think there was even a third version. Was hoping you'd pull one of the Bobby Orr inserts.

I wish I found one of those Orr cards. I always just assume I’ll never pull one of those chase cards from these boxes. But, you never know. The more you open, the better your chances.

Quick question.. it says 15 cards per pack, although 440 cards are given. When you divide 440 by 15, it comes as a fraction... by any chance did a pack come with more than one card?

Good question! I didn’t happen to count the cards in each pack but it didn’t seem like I was getting short changed during this break. Although, I’ve done other videos over the years where the number of cards I was getting in the packs differed from what the Pack said.

Hasek and LeClair rookie cards. Other than that you’re basically looking for the usual top stars: Gretzky, Hull, Messier, Roy, etc.

From what I'm seeing on eBay, it looks like you could get a full 36 pack box of Series 1 or 2 bilingual for about $20-25 once you factor in shipping.

thanks, i have alot of stuff for sale but i aint trying to get robbed lol. its weird how a box is that much, but some of the cards in set are worth more then box all together@@WayBackSportsCards
