Holy fucking nostalgia. I used to watch the shit out of this as a kid. I remember literally not knowing what it was about except that it was about the alarm but I didn't understand any of it. I would watch it so often.

I remember watching one of these when I was a kid. It was the same model of system (BHS-1000C) and that lady looks familiar so it might have been her as well. But in the one I saw, the code was 103, not 4321.
