You still find these in auction? I sometimes wonder if there are businesses in Japan who scoop them up, keep them in storage for a few years, then sell them. (not sure if that would make sense... :-P ) Where to find parts on a 1991 which hasn't been made in years.

Honey Nut Cheerios I know, I own an L400. But these vans are 25 yrs opd now, given that most Japanese drop their cars before the second or third vehicle inspection, it's strange that they still appear. (Though perhaps stranger still, why the heck did Mitsu stop making them or did not try selling LHD versions in America)

Yes. But I wonder what is the benefit of having neutral for the centre differential.

PacificCoastAuto well. 1st great for flat towing for the RV crowd. 2. makes it easier to get towed out of the back country

As far a rust / corrosion goes. The Japanese has two words for it - SABI and FOSHOKU. In general, they translate to rust and corrosion. I just cant think of a better way and direct translations allow me to not be wrong by obfuscation.

This is not a full time 4WD. How do I know? I own one! You have to manually switch to 4WD High or 4WD Low from 2WD High. You made yourself into a fool...

Full time? Its very hard to make that mistake because the van clearly has a shifter to manually change from 2WD High to either 4WD low or 4WD High. He doesn't know his product that he's selling. Sad indeed...

You obviously don't know me. I called an S2000 an MR2 and there is no mistaking those. At this point it is more like a game where you can cal me out on my brain-slips. There are an average of 3 in each video.
