A player who could turn a game of rugby league on it's head any time, any day. Sad how he didn't make the rep sides often enough. And he won the rothmans medal too.

Humble. Terrific player. Just wasn't built for the big city.

@M You keep doing the same old thing, boring. Don't you get it? League fans, don't care about your softy game, one bump on those little shins and your off to the ICU.

if there was no gap to run through, he would still find one with his speed off the mark.

Didn't he forget to turn up on the night? Rushed to the event in a borrowed Tux, outstanding.

Lucky enough to have met Ewan when he played with Tweed Heads Seagulls . I said good day to him before a Canterbury game and the first thing he done was introduce me to his Mum who ad come over from the Toomelah mission to see him play.
