Ha. Nothing for 50. Sorry. Appreciate you tuning in, though. Ripping wax from those years brings back so many great memories. I love doing it. Let me know how it goes.

When you paid the Mourning rookie no mind, the 12 year old in me back in 1992 came out and was like....Hey wait, you got a Mourning rookie!!! LOL. No lie, I probably opened 500 packs of this series back in the day and I never once pulled a single Pippen insert card. Weird because I think the odds claimed they were like 1:10 packs. The Jordan base card seemed pretty rare too.

Ha. Mourning doesn’t get nearly the respect he deserves, does he? From basketball fans or card collectors. I’m a life long Knick fan…Alonzo used to give us fits. Made Ewing look silly on more than a couple of occasions. As for the Pippen insert…I don’t ever remember hitting one, either. That is weird. I think you’re dead on with the pack odds. Jordan was always hard to hit. His cards had to be shorter printed. Thanks for watching!

Nice trip down memory lane ! Was there a Pippen auto in that subset to chase or am I just imagining things ?
@bdpsportscards10911 ай бұрын
Thanks. You’re not. There were autos. Super hard to hit because the print run was enormous but they existed.

Hey, I just received the full 92-93 Fleer Ultra II, 35 sets are sealed and one set is open, do u think I can sell it?? TIA
@bdpsportscards1093 ай бұрын
In my experience, you can sell anything. Only question is what someone’s willing to pay. Sports cards from that era, save a few notable exceptions, don’t have any real value. In perfect condition, the Shaq rookie and the Jordans can fetch a pretty penny, but outside of that…Good luck!

I was a major Shaquille O'Neil collector when i was 10,11,12 I accumulated over 80 of his cards spent all my money at the card shop... But life happened and lost my whole collection, just never picked up collecting again after that 😢

That’s rough but it’s never too late to pick it up again. Shaq was an absolute phenom. There’s a great interview with Kobe where he talks about O’Neal and how good he was/could’ve been. Check it out. kzbin.info/www/bejne/hoa5n4KYpaZ2eas

I would love that but can't afford to rip packs anymore... And dont know the new players like how i knew the old ones... I used to have all the Beckett's that would tell you the value of ur cards before internet lol been a long time since I even ripped a pack but definitely enjoy watching openings... living thru you haha hope you get an amazing pull... Thanks for the comment Shaq was my favorite player & makes me happy to see the legend he's turned into off the Court. NATIONAL TREASURE

He really is. An amazing businessman and comes across like a really nice, genuine guy. Hard not to like Shaq.

7 titles for horry
@bdpsportscards109 Жыл бұрын
Yup. Insane! That’s the most in NBA history for a player that wasn’t on the Celtics between 1957 and 1969. Russel carried 5 other players with him who all have 8 or more but Big Shot Bob Horry stands alone after them with 7 titles! 7 titles with three different teams and at least two with each of them. Crazy when you sit back and think about that.
