That sierra had crazy straight line acceleration!

In 1992 the Sierra,s had up 650hp, which came on like a bomb going off all or nothing, but they only have 2WD rear wheels.

Yes, despite being the fastest group A sierra's in the world at the time, dick was still one of the complainers that ensured the gibson skylines had weight added and boost restricted. So it was fine for him to run enough boost to blow the doors off everyone and strip every kg out of the car, but if anyone was beating him, that wasnt allowed.

@@slickstrings add larry perkins as well...he brang so much heat to cams and complaints at every race meet....he didnt help much either....todays racing is primitive

Gtr ended up being 400kg heavier than what is was homologated at. Sierra had a weight reduction and unrestricted boost. M3 also had ballast. Would’ve been nice to see what that little car could’ve done without it.
