Fill it with pennies, get a friend, roll, shake and shuffle it around and it should remove the loose stuff. Do it with a solvent if it doesn't do enough.

I’m gonna try that! I’m super bummed about the liner not working out. It kind of delayed the build a whole lot. I’m gonna try to really try to get as much as possible out. I really don’t want to clog my fuel system
