Things really were better back in the days where bowling was what we did on our Thursday men’s league, and mixed doubles with the wife on Saturday nights.

All those empty seats at the beginning. And what crowd was there looks like it was bussed over from the old folks home. Sadly, it was the writing was on the wall for the sport of bowling. It would only be a few more years before the PBA Tour was off broadcast TV as well.
