How sweet this is! Thanks for putting this up for us. Tom & Jerry had been the 7:30pm show but moved to 5:30pm to accommodate the premiere of PM Magazine the following Monday. For the first year it was on, Bowling For Dollars ran weeknights at seven followed by The Joker's Wild.

I lived in Brooklyn (NYC) a year or so before this; that same BfD at 7pm / TJW at 7:30pm pattern was observed on Channel 9 with Larry Kenney hosting the show from the bowling alley at Madison Square Garden.

When you bowl, start holding your ball in line with your arm, not in front of your tummy and bend over a bit at the line and stay down.

RIP Dick Goddard and Joe Tait In addition, upcoming promos during the end credits and at the end of the infamous ill faded Noontime show (hosted by future “PM Magazine” hostess Jan Jones and Mike Keen) promo was former TV-8 fill in announcer, Phil Thomas.

3:39 I was helping a friend of mine clean out a hoarder house he bought in Youngstown, and found these albums, still in the packaging never opened, in the basement. AND the 8-tracks, too. They were in a package with a return address of "WKBN-TV, Youngstown, OH 44501" and stamped "YOU ORDERED THIS FROM TELEVISION!" in big letters. The house had had a fire, everything in it was completely trashed, and it was condemned and bought strictly to be torn down and used for the land. NOTHING in it was salvageable. But oddly enough, the package that the albums and tapes were in was completely immaculate, and they were in mint condition. Almost like it was the day in the late-1970s or whenever that they were delivered to the occupants' door.
