@22:10 Since when is this rule in Japan? Yeah in France or Italy nearly only Diesel. Also here in Germany. Don´t like Diesel, too. Sounds bad. Heck even this old Fiat 500 once behind that very new VW Bus diesel sounded better! And was nearly even more quiet.

I'm not too sure... these are local bans only... You can still drive with those vehicles anywhere you want, just not register them there.
