All this drama was even more reason to not give your accusers a pay out. He seriously should have proven his innocence with his day in court. It was all down hill after he settled out of court. His televised video stating that he would prove his innocence didn’t help either.

On the flipside, it made the parents look worse. What caring parent accepts a payout from their child's abuser? Their decision to settle is more questionable than his, it screamed blackmail and lies. The media criticized them. I do see your point, but I don't think the settlement was as bad for MJ as you claim.

Besides, his day in court in '05 didn't exactly clear him publicly.. He was still called a pedo despite the verdict proving his innocence. That trial was a media circus, the stress nearly killed him. Maybe now you can see why he settled the first time. ☮

Terryz T I'm not surprised, at all. He got his start working for trashy tabloids. Although, it is still astonishing to hear him exaggerate the WMA appearance with Jordan, and deliberately leave out any mention of the little sister. If you look at the footage, it was the sister who was in Michael's lap, and he hugged her and gave her kisses on the cheek. There's absolutely no mention of that, though; she's replaced with Jordan. It's disgusting.

Unbelievable how they said all of this with absolutely no proof. I saw the last days of his life. He looked amazing dancing and singing. Hardly the look of a man on hard core drugs. How interesting after he calls out Sony and Tommy Mottola and promises to start his last tour in July, 2029 he is dead June25,2009. He did not overdose.
