1993 Kawasaki Vulcan 88 Tank Removal

I have a 93 Vulcan 88 and I am trying to figure out where the fuel line coming from the out on the fuel pump connects to the carborator and your videos are the only ones close to what I have been working on.

Do you still have the 93 vulcan 88. Ibe been trying to figure out where a certain hose is supposed run and still have not figured it out after a year

Hi Greendoorgarage 👋🏻 I have a 99 Vulcan 800 and there is a hose that is on the right side of the gas tank which I believe it is a ventilation tube but I’m not sure if it is actually plugs in somewhere or not. Could you help me out with where that hose supposed to go to or is it just one side stays open and the other comes out of the right side of the gas tank?

It is hard to know for sure without pictures but in most cases the breather hose run either to the gas tank or intake manifold, in some cases they run to a vent in the crank case or top of the head.

Where does the breather tube run to?

dont have to take off the top part.. just turn petcock off remove the back line. undue two10mm then pull up tank and disconnect 2 connectors and remove 2 drain hoses your done.. 5 min job.
