My dad had a 1991 intruder vs 750. Is the coolest bike ever. I modyfied rear diff from intruder 1.4 for lowest rpm. Its best mod for this bike😊

I’m almost 60, and ride a Harley Electra Glide these days, but my first V-twin was a 1998 Suzuki 800 intruder. It was/is the perfect introduction to V-twin bikes. Super smooth. Super light. Zero maintenance. They are also great performers. That is a v twin that loves to rev. Ken said it perfectly. For a cruiser they have power delivery that’s almost Ducati like. They love to sing in the upper end. Very quick for a v twin cruiser. You’d never guess it by just looking, but they actually wheelie pretty good.

I had VS700. Awesome bikes. Sadly I only owned it for 4 hours because when I was test driving it, my friend wanted to see it. So I went to show the new bike and he bought it instantly from me

My first bike. I had a 1998 version. Blue/Black Metallic paint. Shiny like this. Put 10" apes on it, and shaved the seat sown. Loved the mid controls. Preferred it. Low miles also. Had Vance & Hines pipes, with one of them Big City Thunder "Baffles". Sounded just like this one. LOUD! Maybe too loud. My friends refused to ride behind me because of it.😂 It would set off car alarms on narrow streets. At some point I decided it was too trouble free, too easy to ride, and too much fun, so I sold it to a friend and got the total opposite, a Sportster... Wouldn't mind a 1400, but man this brings back memories.

I've had one of these for almost 10 years. Half my neighborhood probably wish I would crash it in a ball of flames because of the sound. It gives my 1275 sporty a run for its money..
