Just bought 95 ss stupid question first time really working on cars but what did you do when working so your battery doesn’t die from the lights being on I figured the door will be open for a long period of time first time doing it

Its always best to disconnect the negative of the battery first, but i never did for this. I just turned off my dome light and the only thing powered on was my door light bulb working on it until i disconnected. It doesnt use much battery

Nice! I hate to see that you have to cut for a 6.5. I have a different adaptor that I have heard won't require cutting but I won't know for sure until next week when I remove the interior. Going to be using this video as a reference to remove my door panels.

Okay so the SAT 69 will work depending on how big the magnet and frame are on your speaker. I went with JL Audio C3 the traded up for C5. Neither one fit so I ended up having to cut. But I do believe the Focal 6.5s fit. I already committed to a JL system. Only reason I didn't swap them out.

@@christopherwright9498 I'm a little confused...when you say neither fit so you had to cut, what exactly did you have to cut? Bc it was my understanding that cutting would have to be done regardless of the speaker you choose.

@@smokinjoe006 Some speakers are able to fit without cutting. It all depends on the magnet size as well as the frame for the speaker cone. The design of the JL Audio C3 and C5 required me to cut a little.

Man bro!!!.. If i was u thinking bout making ur music more louder n nobody can't tell if u kno how to do on ur own custom to figure out like how new models do like they have 6×9 in front doors n tweets on top by tha door handle n same as tha back door on bottom 6" or 6-1/2 n tweets on top n back 6×9 trust me it will sound a whole lot better cause thats wha im doin to mine to make it like that ur not trying to have all that lota damm speakers to much but make it like its a enough to ear loud voice n beast in tha trunk
