I have a 91 Caprice Classic LTZ, and I am seriously thinking about changing the steering wheel so I don't have to deal with those stupid little side horn buttons, getting them to work and stay working. BTW, this is an excellent video.

Yes. disconnect the battery and the fuse. safety first.

Yeah it’s for the turn signal. Press in, turn left and pull it out.

That wire is for the the turn signal. The horn makes contact form the back of the air bag. There are 2 pins on the back of the air bag. One on the right and on the left. Make sure they are not broken.

Also, once you connect everything, airbag and fuse. Make sure you have the battery connected at the very end of the install. And recheck
