1994-1996 Caprice/Impala LS Swap Harness Walkthrough

Going trough the harness showing what wires need power, ground, switched 12v.

I'm confused did you use like Yukon or Tahoe wire harness or did you convert your LT1 harness to work with your LS swap

I need some help with my 1995 Impala a swapped. I put a 6.0 in it. Now I’m have issue with what wire I do connect the ignition wire from my harness to. I connected to the yellow wire going to the start. Nothing happens when I try to start it. But when I turn the key and connect the yellow and pink wire. The car tries to start. If don’t connect those two wires, nothing happens. VATS are deleted in my PCM. Help is needed. Thanks.

I'm thinking get Tahoe with bad trany. so you can hear motor and get harness at you leisure. I just talked to friend that's putting 5.3 in an older Apache said his price 3 grand he provides his own motor. bit steep for me. I guess shade tree mechanic can do wiring harness for a few bills.
