I agree with the tensioner being weak, and I don't like those plastic pulleys!! That Sears and Roebuck tensioner is wild! I think they stopped making gaterback belts 10 or 15 years ago!! Good video.

Thanks! Daily driving these old rigs... it's helpful to get parts on clearance and hoard them. Lol. Interestingly, that tensioner PN comes up as a Duralast part now. Still available at Autozone. Rockauto still has the tensioner wih metal pulley available. Delco and Gates. However the plastic ones my stay quiet longer. Time will tell.

Where is the crank sensor on this motor
@storm9c15 ай бұрын
@@tommierogers2855 '94-95 doesn't have one. PCM uses Optispark position. For '96 only, a crank position sensor was added to the timing cover to meet OBD2 standards.

no tienes algun video de cambio de cables de bujias y bujias? te lo agradeceria

Sorry, i don't have a video of the spark plugs and wires. It's a big job and would be difficult to record to do it correctly and capture all of the details. Maybe someday. Thanks.

Hi, i have a 96 ' b4u w. Mechanical fan. It is working but rattling noise always. Any tips? Thank you
@storm9c1 Жыл бұрын
Where is the rattle coming from? You can isolate the mechanical fan by removing its belt. It has its own tensioner. Which, by the way, is no longer available unfortunately.
