1994 Dyno Air & 2000 Dyno Zone Update, Comparison

Man I’ve always loved Dyno bikes! My first one I bought (which took me forever to save money for) was my 1999 Dyno Zone painted in Orange Thrust! Still have it to this day! It was the last bike I bought before I started driving and I rode it everywhere! Before that bike it was all Huffy’s and Murray’s for me in the 90s. We didn’t have a lot of money back then and most of the bikes were used. My dad and I would fix them up and even painted a few of them.

Nice I had to look up the orange thrust because I haven’t seen one that color. We were in the same boat with having huffys growing up and parents that was tight on money.

The dropouts going below the rear sprocket are there to protect that sprocket, during grinding or foot/peg movements as not to touch the teeth.

In 1986 I got my dad to get me a Dyno. Before that a Redline 500b in white…..They are both long gone. Currently I’m bringing back to life a chrome 500b. After seeing this my next goal is a Dyno. Think I might get some pretzel bar for my old/new 500b. You should make some videos of working on some bikes. I think I almost like working on a bike like upgrade or just restore bikes as much as ridin ‘em. Subbbed.

Yeah I was thinking about making some build videos. I need to get a bike stand and a couple more things to make it happen and thank you for subscribing. Dyno are a great bikes in my opinion. There’s plenty out there so it shouldn’t be hard to find just depends on which one you want.

Traded my 05 performer today for a chrome 99 zone and after watching this a few times I think im going to go the white wheels/seats theme route. This video helped me with that decision, so thanks. My son fell on the white 05 performer a few times and he was just ready to let go. I think it was a good trade. Hope all is well man.

I found a Dyno GT Zone on Facebook for 200 bucks. I’m going to offer the Dude 150 it’s been in his basement for over a decade. It’ll never replace my 1988 GT pro freestyle tour in blue that was stolen from me in 96. But it 47 years old I’m about to buy my first freestyle bike since 1996.
