I love Dynos. I found a VFR in a ditch one day back in the 90s.

Dyno Slammer, the greatest bike I ever owned, I model mine off of Dave Mirra, I built mine custom, it cost me about $1600 this was in the late 90s ☝️💯

Oh damn that’s a cool f’n dyno, the red seat trim tops it. I hope my performer build comes out half this good looking

@@whitewellybmxrestorationsdamn my tnt invert stem would look perfect on this, that TNT sprocket is deadly I never see many people rocking TNT gear
@whitewellybmxrestorations5 ай бұрын
@@403patriot3 would love some more tnt stuff. I got the sprocket as I couldn't find the GT elite one. And the wings one wouldnt have worked with the flights.

Did the Dyno come with Redline components originally? Just wondering because of the pedal assembley...
@whitewellybmxrestorations5 күн бұрын
Hi no it didn't. Would have been a opc on the slammer and a GT branded profile crank on the team slammer. It was eiser for me to find a redline cranknthan the gt one. The pedals I used are wellgo with removable grips similar to the gt elite. Would have had metal platform gt branded wellgo on. Hope that helps.

Cruiser build?

Nope 20" build. It is a bigger bike compared to the rest

What's up with the metal clamps on the forks??? Is that original....
@whitewellybmxrestorationsАй бұрын
No it's not original to the bike but original to the brake plate. It stops the plate rotating under hard braking. It's supposed to have an acs boa or 860 front brake. Which I didnt have at the time. I might change it out at some point. Thank you for watching.

@@whitewellybmxrestorations Maybe go buy hose clamps that are thinner.. those are way overkill. I used to have heavy duty plastic zip ties on mine and it never moved and they never broke. Also.. maybe use some elephant snot on the bashguard to get rid of all that rust.
@whitewellybmxrestorationsАй бұрын
Yeah could do. I'll look into it. There is rust on the bashguard . I did try and remove it but it was very stubborn.
