I had so many of these - DS9, Borg Sphere, Borg Cube, 1701 Enterprise, The Enterprise D, Romulan Warbird, The Phoenix, Galor Class Warship and Vorcha Class Cruiser. Also had a ton of the action figures from all the Series along with the Enterprise D Bridge and Transporter Playset.

Love this toy. The two things I wish they’d done differently though were: 1) the stand should have resembled the wormhole 2) the lights and the sounds could have been better

As you can imagine this is my fav Playmates toy. I have a couple. I check for corrosion monthly cuz I want it to last forever. I can’t believe being a big DS9 fan you didn’t already have this!!! Super fun watching you open this brings back good memories of 14 year old Josh. Enjoy. FYI it was $39.99 advertised in a 1999 Star Trek the Magazine but I feel I got mine at Target for $29.99. ~Joshua cronan

Great video on the DS9 Station! I still have mine but the pylons got chewed and the D went missing. Hope you guys will eventually do a Brand New USS Voyager soon and notice how loud the motors are for the nacelles. With the Cmdr Sisko figure that came with the DS9 game was worth $80 in 2000 and is worth about $143 today (2024). DS9 Station was worth $50 in 2000 and now is worth $89. It would have been nice if my book had the SRP for every figure, ship, play set and role play accessory.

I still have mine sealed and on the shelf. The retail sticker is still attached. I got it at Kmart for $25.99.

I had one of these that I had purchased in '94 until late last year when I sold it on eBay. Great toy, but I just didn't have room to display it and it sat in storage for most of its years. It's better for someone else to appreciate it where I couldn't.

Awesome find! So many memories with the DS9 Playmates model. I have a Star Trek Attack Wing model of DS9, which is about the same scale as the Playmates model. Sadly my Playmates model is lost to time, but the memories are forever. 🖖

Hi from across the pond The best thing in my collection is purchasing the playmates DS9 space station from a sci fi comic mart I love to purchase the voyager playmates ship I've a fibre optic voyager play mates made some really nice ships in the 90 long with they figures shame how lazy they got the. 2009 Kelvin enterprise was good too this DS9 space station is my pride and goy

I can't lie old toys just ways better than nowadays toy cause it build and fell like a toys not some collection cause you can go hard but nothing crazy it has nice and light and sometimes it even sturdy enough that you go crazy with your imagination while playing it
