Waking up the Bearcat from storage and showing off some of the modifications I’ve made over the years. This is one of my favorite machines in our fleet!

What a beautiful sled. The 440 suzuki is an amazingly sturdy engine if you take care of it.

Thank you! And agreed, this engine just keeps performing year after year.

How exactly did u utilize a new seat? Is the stock seat nkt part of the fuel tank?

I fabricated an aluminum over-frame above the existing fuel tank and secured it to the tunnel. The 2008 M seat then shoe-horns and clips into it. 👍🏻

Hi, did you put on the handlebar extension?
@Lodi_Services Жыл бұрын
Yes I did, about 10 years ago 👍🏻

thank you, look like it would be more comfortable, also with the seat.

No problem, and yes it’s VERY comfortable to ride. Also very easy to transition from sitting to standing when needed.

What kind of oil are you using, I get a ton of smoke when I start mine, yours didn't look like it smoked at all. Thank you

I use Arctic Cat’s 50:1 Injection oil. It’ll smoke pretty good at start-up, but this video was shot after a short trip and after it is warmed up, the visible smoke decreases. How do your spark plugs look? There’s always a chance that maybe your oil pump is set slightly rich, contributing to excess smoke.

Thank you, pretty much the same, it is usually when it is cold that it smokes the most, less once it warms up. Plugs looked good last time I looked, but good reminder to check them out again. thank you
