Wow! I started watching and for a second i thought.... i was seeing MY TRUCK? Minus the dark windows and tire type, and the colorful red engine, I was doing the same thing slowly adding color to my enigne like distributor cap, wire, ect.. my 1994 I feel better knowing there someone like you got good taste in trucks. Love your truck...I also have a 1995 c1500 but a long bed, same color as your...light autumnwood. Paid $1000 and it just turned 178k. A car hit the passenger side bed, and the cab corners are rusted, plus a bad timing chain and exhaust leak but overall can't beat a deal like it.

damn that looks great man good job! i got a 95 burban i did a air cleaner swap with a offset air cleaner bolt and a spectra performance filter thats red it looks great would top your motor off good and get rid of the rest of the stock air cleaner stuff

Yeah i use to have 30'' glasspacks on my truck when i bought it. :( And my dad wouldn't let me get new exhaust, so i tried the water trick. It didn't work on them. (also they didn't explode). But then i finally talked him into letting me get louder exhaust and have the 12'' ones now.

ha being honest i wasnt intending to buy a mud tire but when i got to the place i saw those and loved em soo thats what i got ! i go trew mud pretty good bit of times and theyve came in handy! im getting slicks soon.i have true dual straights dumped right now ahah insane loud but im bout to drop her and put magnaflows on it next week!

ha thanks alot.i new those tires looked like mine,the rims are 40$ a piece on summitraceing.. very nice rims too. so far everything is running great,she just drinks alot of dam gas! im getting 9-11 mpg.

i have a 95 z71 with 9 inches of lift a crate engine and trans,and i did all that red stuff on everything and guys i would advise against it,i got tired of it after a while and had to start all over,clean and black looks the best man.ive had mine for 17 years now and I'm restoring tons of stuff on it as we speak.i like those floor mats so i am headed to amazon right now to look for some floor mats but mines a gmc so I'm just looking for something new,later guys…...

Hey man, couldnt help but notice you have the exact same tires as me. Mine are just the off brand of those called mud claws. also I like your rims. Fit nicely and look nice on your truck. everyone at the exhaust place told me they would get louder after about 6 months.i heard if u had a glass pack u could get it real hot then stick water inside the glass pack and it would break the glass to make it louder but i wouldnt try it cause it might explode!haha

ha well thats good to know so i didnt go try it if i got a new exhaust.i was originally gonna get an 8in glass pack but when i got to the exhaust shop they mentioned straight pipes so i was all in and i loved it.u could hear me from 2 miles away staying under 2300rpms. but my dad loved it but said it was to loud so for my birthday they got flowbaggs on.haha now its sounding mean and deep like a bulldog.

Are the headers ceramic? If not id wrap them, not for protection, but for scavenging.... very nice truck! I but 20 buck worth of those trees too, got a shit ton haning up...lol

Justin Whaley I have the EXACT same 1995 Chevy Silverado as you do on the outside and inside except mine is the 4x4 version and my bed side rails are shorter because I have a tool box in the bed and I'm rolling on stock 1999-03 ish Chevy wheels HAHA, the flip over air cleaner lid is ol school and haven't seen that done in a really long time lol...does the ol flip lid technique still work and helps performance a little bit?

Haha yeah. I don't know if a chambered muffler gets louder with time. I've had my glasspacks for ohh... 1/2 year now and i can tell a difference on the loudness.

Yeah its throttle body injected but people do put carbs on vortec 6.0l. Don't know why efi is better IMO.

i got them off summit racing , valve covers cost 100$ for both and were easy to put on ! and the air filter was 16$ and its a spectre performance filter
