The 6BT is 160-215 HP/400-440 TQ and the 6CT is 240 HP/592 TQ.

I pulled a 12 valve out of a 1997 F-800 to swap into my squarebody, the plate on the timing cover claims 230HP @2,500RPM and 605 torque @1,400RPM. So the power output varies quite a bit on these engines.

@@Bloodbain88 I have a 6BT in my 1992 LNT8000 with the same exact rating.The numbers I mentioned were for the Dodge Rams referring to the 6BT's,mentioning the 6CT's I was talking about the M923A2's.

@@Bloodbain88 The Ford? I haven't used it to pull a trailer,it was a former Air Force semi that I still need to replace the brake chambers on among some other things.
