Hey it could be worse my guy I just picked up a civic with a 1320 hood exhaust. Fker screams and shoots flames. I mean it's kinda cool but my neighbors hate me now. Thanks for the vid. I dont want to put a real cat on because loss of power. Looks like this will work just fine! Thanks again!!

Sorry for the late reply. Yes, I did. From the header all the way back to the exhaust tip is all stainless steel. All of it is 2.25 piping as well. Megan racing header, dc sports full exhaust from cat back.

sup man ive read that you are currently running a hiflow cat, is it 200cpi? can you smell the difference from the exhaust smell that you replaced your oem cat?

You’ll smell some exhaust fumes just from breaking in the new cat but after she has warmed up a few times you’ll be solid my guy.

Quick question man. In your state do those hi-flo cats Pass emissions? And did your check engine light go on?

Yes, I live in Georgia. The only place this hi-flo cat is illegal is California and maybe some other countries. And no it did not! No engine light whatsoever. Hope this helps!

Was ur converter clogged up or you just replaced it with the test pipe just for sound? Cause my eg looses power apon acceleration I'm hoping that's my issue. Oh and I have no check engine light on either.

Same here, feels like no power and slight misfire, also feels sluggish. Gonna replace wires and plugs since it’s a known issue then go after the cat.

I changed my plugs and wires and still have the same problem I now think I have compression loss in one of my pistons

Yes. It opened up the car and felt a lot stronger. The sound was just obnoxious. Which actually my resonator on my DC exhaust went to crap it’s rattling like crazy. I will be taking it to mufflershop soon to get it cut out and replaced w a straight pipe. Will be out soon keep your eye out bro. Should change the sound!

@@isaiahbuelna765 I did it to my stock engine 98 civic ex and it didn't do nothing about power, mileage, or sound. I gutted the stock cat and just put it back on.

@@agarciaagarcia3598 my test pipe made my car crazy loud... It opened up but I could not deal with the obnoxiousness. I got it swapped out for a flowmaster catalytic converter. Motor feels strong with it. You arent going to get much power out of a d series going catless. Noise wise sounds way better and my car felt stronger. More flow.
