I'm in Australia and somehow have a 1995 quarter, what gets me is you have the head one side, turn it around and the eagle pic is upside down, is Aus our coins are the same way, O you turn it over and it's the right way up, you don't have to turn it over to be the right way up

Just found a 1995 in my pocket change. It's definitely different. Has a P mint mark. In Pres Washingtons hair though, it's appears to be a double tap/shadow of "liberty" . But it's flowing like his hair.

I still don’t understand how a 45% off center coin can get a grade. Especially ms66. They are only grading 55% of a coin. What if that 45 % not there was scratched? What if it had an Elvis sticker on it? Silly right? But it doesn’t exist!! It seems to me that it should be 55% of 66. Not gonna do the math. Maybe a small percentage added for the blank planchette.
