Thank you. Are you a transmission expert? I started it up and have a problem. Transmission works good in reverse, but not forward. When I put it in D or 2 or 1 then nothing happens. No forward. Do you have an idea for what may be wrong? Something stuck? Did I make a mistake somewhere? Hope I don't have to take it back out again.

I guess manual valve, do you know about it? Or one way clutch.

I am studying and it looks like it has to be the manual valve, one of the accumulators, the forward clutch piston or the one way clutch piston. Maybe I messed up one of the O-rings putting it back together? I am preparing to take the transmission back out now. I will post updates when I figure it out.

It is possible manual valve, about the o-rings I am not sure about it. You have a book of this transmission? pdf manual?

Just an update: There is a tube from the middle accumulator to the front side called the forward clutch tube. The hole that it fits into was damaged so no pressure to forward clutch. I am sure this is the problem. I did not understand it before, but do now that I have seen photo of other transmission. Going to fill hole with JB Weld and drill a new hole for the tube. Hope it works. Also, thank you for the help and advice.

A question. when you closed the oil pump, did you apply a thread lock? is it necessary to apply thread lock on the screws?

I can't remember for sure, but I do not think so. I do not think it is necessary, but a little blue thread lock is probably a good idea.
