The town house apartment had York heat prump unit it last over 20 years before it gave out in 2015 but fan motor was changed out couple of times over years in it's life I was surprise it last so long my apartment was last have old York unit everyone else had crappy goodmen that what replaced York in my apartment in 2015 only thing like about goodmen it's quieter than york but my apartment still had york thermostat we move out month later
