Really relaxing drive. The 1.4 PSA engine is probably the best of its category. Good test!!!

Ah... those beautifully well-maintained Dutch roads

Yes, but they pay extremely high taxes. And cars on this roads - like in Romania. 80% small, cheap cars.
@juuk31032 жыл бұрын
@@RobbytSon they don't even pay that much more in tax and they get waaaay more things included in that tax like healthcare, someone made a video between Denmark (one of the highest taxes in the world) and America, and once you calculate the health insurance, school and so on they found out Americans actually pay almost the same, and get way less.

Y a veces ... NI SE LE SIENTE

Very nice! I have Saxo 1.1. If it had gearbox from 1.4 it would be the best car for me!

I grew up with 2 Saxos over the years a T reg East Coast 1.1 (I loved the different coloured seatbelts) in blue and a 51 plate 1.6 VTR in gold that was a bit knackered, Im thinking about getting one before they get extinct to build a sleeper, the 1.4 engine was also in my dads C3 he replaced the VTR with.

You don't change down when you have to stop ? 5:10
@Coen175 жыл бұрын
Why should you?
@st_ate18565 жыл бұрын
@@Coen17 Depends how fast you're going. The way people are taught to stop now is 'just press the brake pedal', which is arguably bad practice. It's probably more acceptable in modern cars which have disc brakes, but in any car, if you change down, you are using the engine's compression to slow the car down, rather than placing all the labour on the brakes. What's the outcome? The brakes will last longer, and your engine will have a chance to move oil around without so much fuel being added. If the air/fuel mixture is consistently rich, the piston rings wear out faster.
@O407Fan5 жыл бұрын
@@st_ate1856 Right, and in addition, the engine is powered by the movement of the car, so instead of let it idle, you don't need any fuel if the rev is high enough.
