that was such a badass move he made turning that bodycheck around and putting his head on the glass. Kozlov got pushed around a lot for being one of the smaller players, especially when he played colorado. That was probably really satisfying.

What I remember is that both of them were such intelligent players, and they were both complete players. Lidstrom was a defensive stalwart who happened to be very smart & decisive with the puck, and Fedorov was not only an offensive juggernaut, but also one of the best defensive forwards of our time. And i do remember Fedorov being pressed into the defensman duty for like 5 games in 96 or 97. I remember those things because I was much younger then, had a lot more time & much better memory

That Konstantinov steal into a breakaway goal was so smooth and awesome. I think the Wings definitely could have won this series, but it was better that Colorado won, because then we got to come back and destroy them with payback later.

@@IvanIvanov-yp8rh видимо ты не понял сути моего поста. Я сравнил игру в ту "золоту", по моему мнению, эпоху игры настоящих мужиков с современным плеем, в котором сопливых неженок - через одного. А то что там что то мерили или кто то единично плакался рефери - всегда есть исключения, в большинстве своём игры проходили очень жестко и без траты времени на слезливый футбольный стиль.
