1996 TRX850 - now sold and missed :(

I'm currently offering my 1996 TRX850 for sale. This video provides a walk around of the bike, it starting and running.

If you know these bikes, you’ll be aware that they are Duke-esq without the price tag or dramas (yes, I said it!). Light and eminently flickable. Beautiful to behold. Torque to burn. The TRX deserves its cult classic status. Finding an example in great condition is getting very hard. This one fits that bill.
The bike is a (mostly) original classic. The only modifications are:
• Aftermarket fairing screen - works well at directing wind off your helmet
• Adjustable brake/clutch levers - great for those with stumpy Shingle-back fingers AND those with long Spider-monkey fingers!
• 2x 12V fittings - want to ride with a heated vest? No problem!
• Rear paddock-stand nobs - handy for chain maintenance, assuming you have a paddock-stand!
• Aftermarket header and pipes - loud, but not obnoxiously so.
I am the second owner of this bike. It has only 57,000kms (rounding up). It has never been down the road. Always garaged (check the paint condition out). Tyres and chain/sprockets are in good condition.
As the video attests, the bike is very clean. Yes, it has blemishes, but these are usual of a bike of this vintage. There’s some pitting on the fork legs, engine casing and fairing. However, I’d contend that these blemishes are less than you’d find on many other examples. The fairing has been repaired on the left-hand side where it fell over and the indicator cracked the fairing. The pictures show all these blemishes.
Mechanically, the bike is in beautiful condition. It starts everytime, pulls like a train through the twisties and has never in the time I’ve owned it dropped a single drop of oil.
The bike is currently unregistered. However, I will be putting 3 months rego on it if the buyer is in South Australia. Hence, rego will be through until December.
So if it’s that good why am I selling it? Well, I would love to keep it. However, I need to sell it to fund another ADV bike. I ride ADV bikes more these days and can’t justify the TRX sitting in my garage.
Asking AUD$5850. Price is negotiable, but no low-balling me please.
