Man i used shout stain remover, clamps, 2x4, and bristle brush and got similar results. People thought mine were new.

Right on man!! I just felt that after doing so much work on this truck, I didn't want to have to spend more time trying to clean my seatbelts. I saw other videos with good results, but just wasn't the route I wanted to go. Nonetheless, happy with the turnout.

@@mikesalinas4437 no i totally hear you. I have a 96 2 door i am working on and a 99 escalade i picked up to drive while working on tahoe. The caddy had super nasty seat belts so i did one and i turned it out amazing. I am still interested in what you got for my tahoe depending on how they turn out.

Nice ride. Where did you get the seat covers? Any tips on replacing the carpet? I just got the same carpet from ACC. About to do mine. (96 Tahoe)

just replaced the carpet in my 96 tahoe today. take pics of where it meets the sides so you don't cut too much off. I got new seat covers from the seat shop and I'm mailing out my seat belts tomorrow.

@@forgottenchild7935 thanks for the reply. I’ll reach out to them for a quote. I’m going to try to wash my seatbelts and use grey upholstery spray paint if they don’t clean up.

Thanks man!! I actually took my seats to an upholstery shop and had them redone. As far as replacing the carpet, I recommend taking the new one out of the box asap and lay it out so it could take shape. My starting point was right where my rear heater floor vents are. Not sure if you have them, but I fit the carpet there plugged in the vent caps and worked my way towards the front trimming little by little. Hope this helps!

It's sinchy! Take the plastic covers off and replace the bulbs with the desired bulbs that can be found from Ebay or Amazon by looking up your year, make & model

What paint did you use for the panels?
@mikesalinas44372 жыл бұрын
I used Dupli-Color Vinyl & Fabric Paint in Medium Gray for all of my panels. They have them at auto part stores.

Where'd you get the LED interior lights???
@mikesalinas44373 жыл бұрын
I found a few decent sets of LED's on Ebay. The driver & passenger door panel lights need a thinner style LED. The dome & lamp lights are compatible with a couple sizes.
