The other day it got up to 73° outside, so I decided to start up my Bryant and my other units for the first time this year. The fan motor in this unit will more than likely be getting replaced soon.

you know replacing the fan motor with a high efficiency motor actually can increase seer and you can also switch refrigerant to tdx-20 which increases efficiency by 20%
