I don’t see how Brady’s fumble vs Oakland (January 2002) was any less of a fumble than Bledsoe’s fumble here. They should both be considered fumbles. The refs in that snow game made the right call, but the rule itself was just a really dumb rule in the first place.

Pats should have been in shotgun, throwing bubble screens, rub routes, underneath, draws, maybe even 5 wide. I guess they were trying to cover for Bledsoe's broken finger. Horrible timing for an injury like that, this was a win otherwise.

Parcells was able to work Bledsoe into a decent Pro QB, Under Caroll he demonstrated what ne was-- a horrendous QB! 6 points in a playoff game? Sometimes a good QB faces a great D. No Not here, Bledsoe Horrid!

@@cammcc7738 In those days Carroll was not a good coach, and coupled with Drews hand injury destroyed Bledsoe. I do remember two drives late in the game where they drove deep in Pitt territory; Carroll went for it where they could have won with a FG
