Hi Jon, thanks for using my favorite blower from Stihl. The FS 240 is a beast I guess and the Tecumseh started very good, check the govenor spring, maybe that is why it was slowing down the rpm.

Andre, I basically had to replace the whole governor which involved taking the whole engine apart. It works ok, but the self-propelled system brings down the rpms.

Jon3800 Oh okay, but it`s a nice mower. I really like the Tecumseh engines, the older ones are great too.

Hi Jon, I noticed that on some of your Lawn-Boy mowers that they have a number on the front of them. Like in the last video with the 7073, on the front it says 901. What do they mean?

they were used as fleet numbers, so my workers can easily know which mower they were since I have so many :)

Hi Thomas, I got the fs240r from the Stihl dealer. Was NOT cheap. I paid about $700 canadian to own this beast
