This old cars focus in the built quality, thats why they are very reliable, and it doesnt look cheap is as you said simple and i also like that, now cars are made to break down in 3-4 years, that car has 25 and runs like a dream

What a nice Passat. This is why I rate Volkswagen Audi Group so highly. It's not exciting but with only a small amount of work, it's a perfectly usable everyday car. We are new car obsessed in UK. Wish we just kept stuff on the roads. Image doesn't matter. Its nice but its the person you are not the car you drive!
