I'm going to add here: If you take off the wiper/heater intake plenum that houses the wiper and wiper motor, only takes a about 10 minutes to remove, it makes your life much, much easier on this job. That last part where he shows you the back support bracket off, can stay if you remove the wiper/heater intake plenum.

Helpful video, had already started my 1999 Caravan project. I need to replace the rear heater hose assembly behind the engine. Will also replace spark plugs, wires, valve cover gaskets during my project.

I've got a 1995 T&C and thought I'd put in new spark plugs and wires. The front bank was easy but the rear bank has me wondering the best approach. The book says from the bottom but there ain't room to move. Thanks for the post.

Probably a good idea to put it on cardboard or something so that the surface doesn't get chipped rather than putting it on the ground

I took out the entire wiper housing to get at the back spark plugs. Had to buy a set of stubby wrenches and a palm driver to remove and install the new rear spark plugs.

You should have taken the wipers assembly way easier process then how you struggled.

I agree. The wiper assembly takes maybe 5 to 10 minutes to remove. Just mark an outline of the wiper blades in crayon so you can position them correctly when reinstalling.

This video is missing things, like remove the Ir box, remove belt and u bolt top alternator bolt, disconnect EGR tube. If your going to make a video on how to do the job, don't start halfway threw disassembling.

Once that intake plenum comes out it will leak air and oil forever no matter how you tork it, and will cause a rough idle as well. It takes hours just to remove the heat risers and grounding straps on the plenum, it is so not worth it. it will be true thank you so much

Man, you really trashed that fuel rail. Those mopar 3.3 suck anyway. I'm almost sure you're gonna be leaking gas onto your engine.
