1999 Chevy Silverado PASSLOCK Remedy

This passlock system is SO FRUSTRATING when it doesn't allow your truck to start; it acts like a fuel pump, but it's not. I saw lots of videos on this issue, but mine is very simple to understand. Good luck with your repair.
